Eve’s Literary Services shall maintain the confidentiality of the subject matter and contents of all material submitted and will not release in whole, or in part, information on clients to third parties under any circumstances or any of the material contained in material submitted to a third party, unless authorized to do so by the editor. The rights and ownership of the material submitted to our company, remains the property of the editor. We hold no rights to the written material submitted to us and the author agrees that the material submitted to us, is the original work of the author. We may occasionally ask clients' permission to include their "testimonials" or comments about our work on our website or in promotional materials.
